Need basic Script writer - Copy Paste Work

I am looking for a basic script writer for copy-paste work. Here are the steps:

1. Download the video from youtube (We will share the link)
2. Upload the video on the Auto transcript Website and create a transcript.
3. Copy the entire script from the auto transcript website into a doc file.
4. Generate a robotic voice over of the script (we will provide you tool)
