Need of an accountant to do balance sheet

We have a hardware store and we sell different type of building materials

Ws need a database with all possible hardware items for easy calculation of total sales.

Fields required are Item name, item category, item subcategory, item price , item barcode and other possible details and should have all types of items in excel
