Need VBA written to help with keyword and phrase sorting

I am looking for someone to help automate a worksheet template that I am using. The attached sheet is an example fo the template I am using.
My template uses a simple formula to identify keywords or phrases chosen from a string, and then assign that keyword to the row in which it's found under a column.
I then use (replace all) to remove the identified string from a copy of the original string, this is represented in column C or the attached sheet. This string needs to have the identified keywords or phrases removed in the order that they are removed
This has to be removed in order since phrases like "for DWV" are not the same as "DWV" and must be identified separately.
need the sheet to work as a template where I can paste in new SKU's and descriptions and work to identify and separate the keyworks/phrases
