Need 10 Sets of Twitter API Keys

This is not an account creation project - I'm looking for sets of API keys so that I can access the Twitter API according to their direct rate limits.
I'll be starting a very large Twitter data analysis project soon, and I'm in need of multiple API keys. It would be nice if you're familiar with this process already. I need to do about 800,000 users/show calls per day, and the rate limit on that is about 1 per second, so I'll need around 10 API keys. To save me time, you should add the keys, tokens, etc. into a spreadsheet so that I don't have to go in and grab all of the details individually. I'm not sure if these keys will need to be created across multiple accounts or if they can all just be setup on a single account, feel free to advise further on that point.
Not looking to pay a ton for this as it's mostly just a simple but tedious task.
Let me know if you have any questions. If you'd like to send over a test set of credentials so I can throw them into my test system to verify you know what you're doing, that would result in essentially an instant award. Thank you!
