Need a Roster plan for 3 shifts in excel with Macros

I need a roster plan for our organization, i already have it built by some one but need to do changes as i am not aware of formulas. The present file consists of 4 sheets 1 is manpower plan, 2nd is Count, 3rd is Rostering plan, 4th is Head count summary.
Sheet 1 is just for the manpower idea designation wise. Sheet 2,3,4 should be linked with each other so when we make changes in any sheet it should reflect using "IF" formulas etc.
As the sheet is already built by someone who is not in contact now, i need some one who is expert in this and people who can deliver the project by today itself in an hour or two only contact me.
