Need Program Baccarat Scorecard Logic & Formula into Excel Sheet

We are looking for help to program and replicate the scorecard system of bacarrat into excel spreadsheet.
Our requirements (Please read before quoting and please make sure about the requirements first.)
We only require the programming for one of the tables in the baccarat tables (BIG EYE ROAD)

1. The first table is the results table for the baccarat game. (Banker & Player) which results are manually input by us. (Red for Banker Blue for Player)
2. We need to replicate the results of the 2nd table aka BIG EYE ROAD. The results of this table is generated from the input of the first table.
3. We need the table to be programmed via VBA for implementation into Excel so whenever we input the results in the first table, the results from the 2nd table will show.
This is a rush project. Please do not quote if you can't make it ASAP. TQ.
