Need Excel VBA and Power Automate expert to create template for TV running order
Budget: $20 – $30 SGD
Require someone who is skilled in Excel VBA and Power Automate. Bonus if they are familiar with sports broadcast, particularly in football (soccer).
I require this person to create an automated Excel template for the TV running order of football match. A running order details the graphic elements, time duration and the time it will be broadcasted prior to the start of the match as well as after the match. There are several versions of these that I require.
In a nutshell, I need these to be populated from an excel database, have time calculations, and output saved in Excel with unique names for each match. I also require a prompt when time does not tally with required kick-off time. There are also different versions of this template which is based on certain conditions.
Script needs to be:
• Re-usable for future tournaments
• MUST NOT BE LOCKED
• Able to be run from Power Automate
• Able to run on both Mac and Windows.
As you may know, the nature of live sport broadcast so often demands last minute changes. I am trying to automate this process so that I do not have to go into the document just to change time calculation.
Ultimately, the plan is for this excel document to be auto-generated (via Power Automate) whenever the excel database changes a value.
