Need an Excel Management Information System designed

I want an Excel Management Information System document designed, with:
1. Dashboard with graphical representation and charts. A snapshot of the whole document. It should have links to each page
2. Inventory sheet which tracks all inventory in warehouse
3. Sales sheet linked to the inventory page and Credit Management page
4. Credit Sales Management sheet (Cash Receivables) page linked to sales page
5. Cash position sheet - cash in hand, cash in bank, cash Receivables, cash payables
6. Expenditure sheet
7. Payroll sheet for workers and agents with commission calculated for agent sales
8. Financial statements to show current state of the business, I&E, SoFP, BS.
