Need Excel Macro, VBA, or automation

Need someone to create a way to do some of the repetitive excel tasks faster. Here's a list of what we are wanting to have done, basically 9 steps we'd like to have automated in some way through excel.

The steps involved selecting, sorting, add/editing functions, hiding columns, formatting columns, selecting rows based on column data, highlight rows,etc. Please see uploaded file for more specifics.
