Need an Excel Macro

In the attached Excel worksheet, I want a macro button that will copy that worksheet, carry the information in Rows 1 through 4, copies the last value in Column "J" (ending depth) to the new page's I8 (start depth). The new, copied worksheet needs to be named as the next day's date. Fields C8 through H41, J8 through J41, and K8 through K41 all need to be blank.
