Need Excel Formula or VBA for keywords categorisation task

I have a keywords categorisation task which should be simple and straight forward for someone who knows their way around excel.
Basically what i need is, based on the rules in the "Keywords Intent" Sheet i want the column category on "Keywords list" to be filled.
I've added the guidance needed within the excel file attached and I'm happy to answer any questions that might arise.
