Need Contact Sheet and backup Excel

I need someone to put together a chart and maybe the back up excel of a partnership of two companies and who would be assigned to each region. Will upload files when I hire the person. Basically doing a one page chart and fixing the excel spreadsheet to make more sense. Hoping this should be a quick job.
