Natural Born Organizer Needed

Hi guys. I run an upstarting business. We specialize in kids party entertainment and basic party planning which I'm quite good at. HOWEVER, there is a level of admin and organization involved that I absolutely suck at. I am looking for someone who is super organized to help out. Willing to pay $30 per month. ( You'll be working less that 1 hour a week.) Basically I will tell you when a client pays a deposit and you just need to add the party details to a spreadsheet. Some of these details include the client name, number, party address, amount owed after deposit, party requirements and activities, party date and time slot and if I need to book a venue or jumping castle or do decor I need a note of whether I have done it with the contact number of the company I arranged it with. I will provide you with all of the info. You just need to organize it for me.

No qualifications are required. I am looking for natural born organizers. The bigger the business gets the higher you salary gets.
