Name popularity

I need a freelancer to provide name popularity data from the last 50 years in the US (not less than 20 years). The data should encompass all given names (Tom, Harry, Sarah etc). I am looking for an expert with experience collecting and/or analyzing this sort of data to generate a database in excel. The population fraction of all given names on a yearly basis is to be provided. A database like wolfram alpha can be a primary source.
