Strategy & Leading
Develop detailed schedules to do strategic reviews and business reviews.
Attend and summarize meetings and interface with stakeholders to regulate outputs in accordance with reviews that were undertaken
Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team through regular interactions and prepare briefing for the CRO.
Highlight and track, key issues on ongoing projects, follow up and ensure actions are underway.
Preparation of key presentations - Board, Budget, Townhall etc and interacting closely with CEO and MDs office
Works to create cross-functional engagements and understandings with necessary departments.
Works closely with CRO for the establishment of departmental strategies, goals, and targets.
Data Analysis
Analyze data and create reports that enhance decision making across various areas of the business
Provides information for reports and records through research, data retrieval, compiling and/or tabulating statistics
Organizing and presenting the information in useable and understandable formats such as Excel and PowerPoint
