NEED TO BUILD A EXCEL SHEET FOR WORK AUTOMATION

Myself Azhar from Renown Forwarders. I want a good person to build excel workflow to automate our work. First of all I am not well versed in excel or google sheets. I will try to explain my requirement with basic knowledge
Our Project requires 5 separate excel files needs to be created. Each sheet should be password protected.
*First file should be master data, in this sheet we fill all the master details about the work and it should have a dashboard about the status of work
*Master data entered in the First file should reflect in the Second, Third, Fourth and Fifth file. Not all data entered in the master file should reflect in subsequent files it will be based on certain conditions i.e Customer A data need not be updated in Second sheet or a cargo going to particular destination needs to be updated in third sheet with a specific name etc., (You can use any technical names). All the conditions will be informed at the time of project
*Respective team will be updating the data as per their task assigned. If a team does not update any data in their sheet it should be highlighted in that particular sheet and in the master file and same has to be updated in the remarks column
*ALL THE FILES SHOULD BE ONLY TYPING OR SELECTING FROM DROP DOWN OPTION. NO COPY PASTE SHOULD BE ALLOWED. BUT FOR MASTER SHEET COPY PASTE CAN BE ENABLED
*No data should be editable. Respective team should update their task or work only they cannot update anything else.
*Dashboard should be interactive capturing the data from master file
I understand the details are too bland without any specific data. In the above said list I don't know how many feature would be practically possible. Kindly go through my requirements and assist to create a best automation sheet. If you require any additional information you can contact me.
