Multiple form automation

I run a charity that receives donations on a regular basis. I generate a spreadsheet in Google Docs that tracks all of the donations. I need to send a letter to each donor with specific information from their donation like amount, address, date, etc. I want to automate this so all I have to do is input the Donor ID on the receipt letter and have it pull the other data from the spreadsheet into the donor receipt letter.
