Mortgage Refi Tool & Letter Revamp

I have a working Excel refinance-comparison workbook that does its math well enough, but the client-facing sheet—the sales letter I export from it—needs to look and read far more compelling if I’m going to win new loans.

Here’s what I’m asking you to tackle:

• Fine-tune any rough edges in the comparison calculator itself so numbers pull through flawlessly.
• Redesign the sales-letter sheet: refresh the colour scheme and overall layout so the piece feels modern, trustworthy and consistent with my light, partly-defined brand. I’ll share logos, sample colours and past collateral; you can tighten them into a simple guideline as you work.
• Polish the copy inside the letter. Keep the refinance pitch clear and persuasive while retaining compliance-friendly language. Tone: professional, confident, benefit-driven.
• Deliver the finished Excel file ready for me to print or save as PDF without further tweaks.

You’ll likely lean on standard Excel features—cell styles, conditional formatting, maybe a sprinkle of VBA if you see efficiency gains—but the core ask is strong spreadsheet know-how paired with an eye for marketing design and copywriting.

I’ll supply: the current workbook, logo files, palette references and contact details to merge. You return: the upgraded workbook, a quick-reference style guide pulled from what you create, and brief notes on any formula or macro changes so I can maintain it going forward.
