I'm in urgent need of an experienced professional who can assist in gathering mortgage foreclosure excess proceeds data. This is a flexible, ongoing position with cash bonuses for honesty and accuracy. Your main task will be to find data on mortgage foreclosures sold within the past 90 days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect data from public records, real estate websites, and county auctions.
- Input data into an Excel sheet with a flexible structure. Key data points include: date of sale, foreclosed address, city, county, state, owner name, phone, email, opening and closing bid.
- Leave cells blank for missing data.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in data collection, particularly in real estate or mortgage foreclosures is preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of honesty and accuracy in data reporting.
