Monthly budget tracker

I would like a budget tracker created that covers year and broken up by month and account. This tracker should be able to take in any account the total budgeted, and allow me to input spend that subtracts from that particular bucket or account. I would also like a someone advanced dashboard that displays the spend and category visually. Attached I have my running budget broken down. Please turn into a visually pleasing tracker that allows me to input spend per account and it subtracts from budget and shows me remaining amount monthly.
