I'm in need of a skilled freelancer who can put together a comprehensive HR dashboard for me, to be updated on a monthly basis. The project involves:
- Collating and organizing data: The dashboard should cover Attendance and leave records, Training and development, as well as metrics like age, experience, tenure, salary and location of our employees. Your ability to structure and organize these aspects will be key.
- Creating an Excel-based system: I'm looking for a dashboard that's easy to dissect and understand. As such, I'd like the final product to be in Excel spreadsheet format. This means you should be very proficient in Excel, knowing how to integrate formulas, tables and other relevant features.
- Monthly updates: The dashboard should be designed to be updated monthly. You should be dedicated to ensuring that the data is up-to-date and accurately represented.
Ideal freelancer should have:
