Modify excel sheet formulas and charts( urgent)

need to modify and correct an excel sheet contains tables working to introduce performance formulas and charts , some of these information are beong to previous years need to be accomulated and appear as an average in the charts , and also need to review the charts to reflect more informations , finally the possibility to have these data visualised in both excel and pdf format ( need to accomplish this work in 3 to 5 days )
