Modify excel macros, update spread sheets and save files to FTP.
Budget: £100 – £300 GBP
We have a file “Mailer-current.xlsm” which prepares and emails our customers an order form. It works well but I need some changes.
The Mailer program uses links to several other documents that are specified in the mailer program. It:
• Prepares a master file.
• Prepares an excel file for each customer with their details.
• Emails the file to the customer
The customer returns the form to us and it is converted to xml using “XML_Converter_v11.xlsm”. The xml can then be uploaded to our system.
I would like the following changes to the "Mailer-current.xlsx":
1. Update the “Mid week top” tab the same way as it updates the “Order here tab”
2. Do not update “Order here” tab with data from “Availability Customer Weekly List GC V2.xlsx” but instead update “Order Summary” tab.
3. Save the files to an FTP directory
4. Create a file with web links for the documents created e.g “Live links for emailing.csv”
5. Compare the file created in 5 above with last week’s Live link file and highlight changes
6. Prepare and save to FTP a web version of the file.
7. Add a button to be able to do all the above using one button
Do not disable the email function as I may need to use that in future.
As the file that our customers return has changed. I also need changes to “XML_Converter_v11.xlsm”
8. Update “XML_Converter_v11.xlsm” to accommodate new order form created above.
