Modify excel macros on existing spread sheets
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I have 2 different files that both need a few modifications each. They should be fairly simple as most are removing or reordering bits of current macros but they do require someone with a good understanding of Macros.
1.) Mailer Program Generate Availability V3.18.xlsm
1a.) Remove the functionality of button 5 compare live links and the button itself
1b.) Rearrange the buttons, the order should be 1, 6, 4, 2, 3. Obviously once reordered please renumber them to make it logical.
1c.) The run all button should be in the above order too with out the functionality of 5 Compare live links. Also on run all need to acknowledge the pop ups as want it to run all not keep stopping
1d.) When you click button 1 it leaves the file open which is good as we often check it. But currently it errors if we don’t close it. Make sure that when you click prepare client files it closes the file rather than having an error.
1e.) Button 4 – “Prepare live link” has an error. When there is the same email address it merges the details together and adds more than one link which is correct. However currently rather than merging the details of the contact with the same email address it merges the details of a person with the same name. Normally not an issue but occasionally with common names it can send the wrong link to people.
2.) Process Internet Orders_v2.xlsm
2a.) Remove the part of this program that checks if stock is available, if it is NA or negative stock and do not change the date to when the stock is available.
2b.) If a stock code does not exist remove the line and have a pop up “Variant code STATE VARIANT CODE does not exist on STATE SPREADSHEET NAME”.
I will send the supporting files required to test the above files to the winning bidder.
