Modify a VBA (Excel) for OneDrive Path

Modify a VBA so the OneDrive path is working as well. See atached, folder "all_files.zip", when "gabarits-contestation.xlsm" file open, it kicks a macro and pick up data from CSV. This work fine when run locally. However, we have migrated to OneDrive and the path of the active workbook (with https) is not working anymore
