We Want some customization in that template
1. They use random numbers as member id. We want to use serial numbers as member id. (001,002,003 etc..)
2. They have monthly plans, we want daily plans. ($20 and custom number.)
3. They have photos only; we want government id instead of photo.
4. Remove recurring invoices functionality from the template. (We don't need to provide invoices to club members whom we give discount so invoices function is not needed for us. This whole excel application will be used by club staff so recurring invoices feature is not needed.)
5. Member name, Member status and phone number are only mandatory fields, make rest of fileds optional.
Scenario
========
This excel will be used by a club to track discount/promotion club gives to people who comes to club.
Regular members gets discount/promotion and club staff person sitting at computer will use this application.
When a new customer enters the club, club staff registers the new member and his/her account is created in excel.
Now club member gives customer discount/promotion (20$ or custom number) and gives customer his member id number.
Once customer has discount, same customer can't have discount again for next 12 hours.
When customer comes again at club, customer says his member id.
Club staff opens customer account by using member id.
Club staff checks government id provided by the customer earlier and verifies if it is the same person.
Then club staff gives him discount/promotion again same way like he did before at the time of registration.
===> Instead of customer pics, club wants to use government ids provided by customers.
===> Club wants to track which member has what discount and which date. (something like discount/promotion history)
===> There is no automatic discounts/promotions to any customers. All discount/promotion is given by club staff when customer appears in the club. So there is no automatic recurring discount/promotions.
===> Only club staff will use this excel application. Customers will not have any access to this application.
===> Remove branding images or text if you find any in template.
