Moderate Complexity PDF to Excel Conversion

I'm in need of a one-time conversion service from PDF to Excel. The data I have is of moderate complexity and needs to be accurately transcribed for data entry purposes. I will be using the converted spreadsheet as a template for broadcasting sporting events, and will be re-using it weekly. So would love all the text to be basic inputs with no personal names or details.
