Modeling and Decision Analysis (Tree Plan, Monte Carlo Simulation, Optimization)

For this project I'm looking for a skilled freelancer with knowledge and experience in Modeling and Decision Analysis. I need help designing a Tree Plan, using a traditional approach, to be programmed in Excel. My requirements include the ability to draw, communicate and interpret probabilities, valuate outcomes and assess opposed alternatives. I'm aiming to build sophisticated models to make well-guided decisions. I'm searching for an expert who can craft elegant models within the realm of Linear & Non-Linear Optimization, Monte Carlo Simulation and Tree Planning.
