UPH Planning Tool
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am looking for an excel based planning tool. In current state, it will have 4 tabs. Three tabs are data pastes. One from an email attachment (csv) for planned units via route summary for near term planning (1-4 days; a 2nd email paste which will detail loaded units for the day; and the 3rd is a copy / paste from an online sharepoint for long term planning detailing 2-8 weeks out. The planning tabs which are pasted are serving more as "network" planning volume. What is the network planning the site to?
The two pasted tabs will be used to populate data on a dashboard tab that will also serve as a more granular site specific planning tool. Also on the dashboard tab, the site should see what the network is planning them to; however, they should also have the opportunity to see what they are planning themselves to in comparison to the network. Finally, there should be report out on the delta.
