Microsoft soft copy excel

I am in need of a freelancer to develop a Microsoft excel spreadsheet for me which requires expert knowledge of the program. I have somewhat of an idea of what I'm looking for but really need someone to bring this project to fruition. This requires expert spreadsheet development skills and so I am looking for someone with proven experience in this field.
