Microsoft Project Setup with Custom Gantt Chart

I need an expert in MS Project to set up my project plan, import it from Excel, configure a custom Gantt Chart, and track variances.

Specific tasks:
- Importing a provided Excel project plan into MS Project
- Setting a baseline to compare planned vs actual dates
- Configuring a Gantt Chart with specific formatting to show delays and progress
- Displaying a variance table for start/finish variance
- Identifying and highlighting the critical path in the Gantt Chart
