I need a Microsoft PowerApp developed from an existing Microsoft Form.
I'd like the PowerApp to have the following features:
-Prefilled drop-down lists of machine names, products, and employee names.
- Ability to have all inputted data stored in a spreadsheet.
- Ability to login as admin where the names of machines, products, and employees can be easily added or modified.
- Compatibility with tablets, smartphones, and desktop computers.
The project needs to be completed within a month.
