Microsoft Excel, teams various modifications

We currently use a range of excel spreadsheets to organise various company information. For example, Projects, work in progress, quotes.
We are looking for somebody with vast Microsoft excel knowledge, who can work remotely with a member of our team to provide the following
better user interface, reporting, Macros to be added, visual design layout, formatting, advanced formula modification, password and lockdown of sensitive information.
Some knowledge of MS teams would be beneficial aswell.
We are looking to work with someone on an hourly basis that will be project by project awarded.
