Microsoft Excel lookup
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I have a number of tabs containing lists of similar data, all contain a 3 tier categorisation, which is unique for all 3 tiers but for tiers 2 & 3 there are duplicates.
I need to identify if any of the 3 tiers from the "Tiers" tab are used in any of the Data tabs.
If there is a match of all 3 tiers in the "Tiers" tab against Data tabs 1-3, I need a "Yes" in column D on the Tiers tab against the matching row.
If there is a match of the 3 tiers in the "Tiers" tab against Data tabs 4-7 I need a "Yes" in column E on the "Tiers" tab next to the matching row.
If there is a Yes in column D I don't care if there is a match for column E, but if there is a No in column E, Column D should be "Yes" or "No" based on a match.

The Excel formula / VB script code that is created must come with some details of how it works, similar to if I Google VLOOKUP, it will tell me what each section of the formula does.
