Microsoft Excel - VBA Macro Code to Sort and Copy Data to New Tab

I will try to explain the project in details so there are no confusions like I had with the last freelancer asking for additional money for every question I was asking - hence my previous project was cut short.
So, the project is not complex in principle. I have three tabs of similar format and I want the data from those 3 tabs to be copied and pasted into one tab in a vertical order if they meet a certain criteria i.e. there will be a trigger - a cell marked with X if they should be copied or not.
So, for example, the tab has multiple sub-sections and each sub-section will have a trigger there whether that data should be copied or not. So, if the sub-section (8 to 10 rows) has an X in Category 1, 2 or 3, then copy the rows and bring them to the main tab in ascending order.
Furthermore, after the main tab has copied the rows of sub-sections that meet the criteria from other tabs, then in the main tab I want to show only the Category 1 items, only Category 2 items and only Category 3 items and also be able to show all together. I should be able to show the Categories separately or Category 1 separately, and Category 2 and 3 separately if needed.
