Digitize consumer data using a Microsoft Excel base based application which will provide these capabilities

1. Capture prospects (Farmer's) registration data (profile & demographic) and conversion to a customer. The form will have around ?? attributes

Total number of farmers at Village (summation as per hierarchy levels)
No. of farmers registered
No. of farmers converted into business
2. Basic data validation rules & drop-downs, ?? validation rules & ?? drop downs
3. Ability to generate excel reports, ?? reports. Refer attached sample report in excel format

Technical requirements
- Recommend high-level design Data persistent in excel or Microsoft access, or MySQL (if possible)
- Data back-up and Application Version Control

- User guide for managing data validation rules and List Of Variables (Drop downs)
