Metre Reading Tracker
Budget: $15 – $25 CAD
I would like to set up a MS Form for users to input gas metre readings via their mobile device which would automatically push the data into a MS Excel spreadsheet that converts the metre reading into the volume of gas used - for billing purposes.
We use a similar set up to track daily fuel deliveries already so our staff are used to using MS Form documents. Also, I realize MS Forms doesn't push "numerical" data into Excel so there is some steps to get the data into a workable format.
I'm open to trying different programs if you think it will make programming, use and future edits easier to do.
I'm including a copy of the spread sheet. Notice a DATA tab for data pulled from the current MS Form I've set up. Notice a tab for each housing unit. RED= Locked cells; GREEN = User Input cells; Calculated Cell & Locked (column C need to pull column B from previous reading in line above; D is C-B; F is D * E) YELLOW = pulls from DATA tab which is populated from MS Form.
