Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update property data, lease records, maintenance logs, and vendor information in property management software (e.g., ResMan, Yardi, AppFolio)
Maintain and organize spreadsheets, reports, and documentation
Cross-verify invoices, purchase orders, and insurance records
Track appliance movements and asset inventory across properties
Assist with compiling data for audits, budgets, and investor reporting
Perform quality checks to ensure data integrity
Coordinate with site managers and vendors for missing or unclear information
Qualifications:
Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles (real estate industry preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Familiarity with property management software is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
Excellent written and verbal communication
Preferred Skills:
Experience handling insurance proceeds, tenant ledgers, or construction invoices
