Merge two excel files based on company name / year

I have 2 excel files I need to merge. I need to merge files based on company names and year. The main master files has unique company ID that i need to maintain (the other files doesnt). The secondary file has injury data based on company name.
Yellow: Unique ID
Green: Year
Red: Company name
Blue: Injury data to add to master file
Sometimes company name might be repeated because of different branches or locations, if that is the case i need total injury data to be summed and added to main company ID on master file
For example In Red font, American Airlines, has multiple branches rows of data, need to sum all and add them to main master file (each corresponding to its year)
