Merge Word Data into Excel

I need three Word files consolidated into one Excel file for analysis. The data is for 30 participants, organized with each participant in a separate column.

Requirements:
- Transfer text data from Word to Excel
- Each participant should have their own column
- Include color-coded data for easy reference
