Merge 2 Excel files -calculate % of portfolio

I need a VBA program to merge the w2 download file data into the w1 file and line up the rows by security of the w2 file with the rows of the w1 file. The programing must also calculate the % of each account and total portfolio for each security in the w1 file. (See w1 columns C,D, and E) I am providing sample w1 and w2 files so you can see what you will be working with in the merge. The formulas in w1 are correct (columns C,D, and E) in Excel so you can see the cells that need to be referenced and replicated in VBA.) I would like to have a 5 -10 minute Zoom meeting before contracting so we can make sure we are both on the same page and there are no misunderstanding as to the requirements and to answer any questions. I am also open to any suggestions, if there is a better way to do this.
