Merge 5 Excel File Together

We have 5 spreadsheets of keywords for google ads. We need all 5 spreadsheet merged together in one big spreadsheet, and incorrectly spelled keywords removed, and all exact duplicates, and duplicates that are slightly misspelled.
In total there are about 40,000 rows and maybe 5 columns. You will need to have knowledge of bulk function in excel for quick editing and filtering of terms.
Why are we doing this? We are looking to isolate the best keywords and most relevant keywords for the below terms:
Freestyle Libre
Libre
Dexcom G6
Dexcom
Omnipod
Tslim
Minimed
Guardian
Medtronic
Patch
CGM
Insulin Pump
Glucose
Contour
Novopen
We are also looking to isolate search queries and long tail terms around this. We are a diabetes brand.
So excel must be intelligently filtered and not just mass filtered in 5 minutes (i don't mean the "Filter" function in excel). You need to delete data that is not relevant, such as spelling mistake, duplicates, and close-duplicates of terms.
You must filter the 40,000 down to between 500-1000 keyword, and make sure at end that the remaining data can be viewed with the columns and is useful. You are only modifying data in Column A. For other column, they should be present when final excel is ready.
One file is attached.
