Medium to High level micro soft excel functionality job
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
I have fitness testing data for a group of approx 30 athletes. I would like that data to be linked with another sheet that has each athlete's gym training program in it. There I want to be able to see percentages of the fitness data so the athletes can lift predetermined weights (based on their individual fitness data) in a systematic or prescribed way over time. I know how to utilise drop-down lists from other sheets but cannot link them all together so the relative athlete's fitness data can be used, as a % or formulated, into another sheet that the athlete can use in the gym.
Ideally, the end result would be selecting the respective athlete's name from a drop-down list of names (from the fitness data sheet) inside the gym program sheet that then produces the relative weights for that athlete to lift during that session based off percentages and formulas etc on another 'constraint' sheet with those formulas and percentages on it. I have all the structure build already I just need someone to do or teach me the formulas to link it all together please.
