Medication Tracking & Alert System Spreadsheet

I need a Google doc spreadsheet that organizes my various medications based on their frequency of dosage administration. This will help me easily manage what I take and when.

- I want this specially designed to consider high-frequency use, so attention to detail is required.
- The spreadsheet should automatically send me reminders for reordering medication.
- Alerts should also be provided for charging my credit card for recurring doses.
I need a Google doc or other spreadsheet type with automatic reminders and color codes. It’s very important for me to have this color coded for ordering and reordering medication for my doctors office. I would boxes to somehow remind every 28 days to reorder medication. Most prescriptions last for 6-8 months. I anticipate we may have 500 patients at a time and I is very complicated to meet track on how to order and reorder medications. We just opened and we have 10 patients in 5 days. So I really need something detailed and easy to use.
Note: Although I am not interested in adding the medication name, dosage, and doctor's appointment reminders right now, I would appreciate a system that is easily expandable in case I decide to add these features later.
