Medical insurance claims

I need an excel analytical tool to analyze the medical insurance claims. The data are coming or provided by the insurance companies and cover the patients claims data and medical providers data . The tool should provide KPIs or indications of how the medical policy or portfolios are performing. Giving indications about losses, profits and loss ratio. A dashboard must be also provided with detailed indications.
