Math Book Needed

I am looking for someone who is good in Mathematics and in designing books/formatting. The book will consist of the topic of "Linear Equations in One Variable" as well as an answer book. I have attached some reference here. This is going to be a very long term project so I will be asking for some sample templates and samples to be made for 6-10 questions. I will be selecting the candidate from the the sample given.
