Match and Sort Excel File by Similar Product Name

hello,
we have the following columns that we need to match and sort
the column Product Name needs to match the Similar Product Name along with the Product Reference column (which is the product code)
because the number of rows are different in both columns and name is similar but not exact, we need to match each closest row name along with it's product code so we can copy it and change it
