Your task will be to provide me a list of towns in an excel sheet which:
* Have between 10000 to 30000 population (30k hard max)
* Are located in Austria (any region) or Bayern (except region München)
You will return me an excel chart with the following information:
* Contact address of the Stadtplanung office of the town (has to be on the official website of the Rathaus)
* Include a link to the exact page where you found this info
* Contact address of the Ortsbild office of the town (has to be on the official website of the Rathaus)
* Include a link to the exact page where you found this info
Excel table:
Town name + Population + Full address of the Stadtplanung office + Link to the page + Full address of the Ortsbild office + Link to the page
