Build a pricing calculator for a sales team
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Create a workbook for a pricing calculator for a software business.
This will be used by our sales team. I would ideally like this built with a GoogleSheet (excel could work but ideally Gsheet).
The functionality would need to include the following:
A table where you input current customer information:
- Current seat/license count
- Current Revenue
-New Seat Count
- Additional discounting %'s
- Purchase Avenue (Direct/Reseller/AWS)
- If there is a price cap negotiated (meaning the price cant increase by more than X % of Price per user)
Then it could automatically calculate the following:
- Volume Pricing (based on tiers where they fall for user counts)
- Multi-year pricing - able to create pricing for 1/2/3 years.
- Calculate each individual year
- Calculate internal price/reseller price/aws price
