Manual Data Fetch in Excel Barchart
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
Objective:
To manually fetch historical options data for the symbol 'QQQ' for every Monday from 06.01.2020 until 01.07.2024 using the Barchart add-on in Excel.
Open Excel and Navigate to Barchart:
Open Excel and click on the 'Barchart' tab at the top.
Select Historical Data Fetching:
Under the Barchart tab, click on 'Lists'.
Select 'Options' from the dropdown menu.
Set Up for Historical Data:
Choose 'Historical Data Fetching'.
Enter the symbol QQQ.
Select the Initial Date:
Select 01.07.24.
Approve the selection to fetch the data.
Repeat for All Mondays from 06.01.2020 to 01.07.2024:
Repeat steps 3 and 4 for each Monday (e.g., 06.01.2020, 13.01.2020, 20.01.2020, etc.) until 01.07.2024.
Storing the Data:
Store the data in the same sheet or open new sheets if needed.
Label each week's data with the corresponding date.
